My advice for you,now you can buy a plot in greater faridabad because there are so reasons behind this and I am sharing few of them .
If any city,state ,or country wants to grow,they need first of all connectivity through Good Roads,metro Rail ,Railway station, IT buildings and industries . Now I can say faridabad city has all things for growth like gurgaon .
Now we have more then 1cr sqft Area of information technology Buildings ib faridabad and we have industrial modal town in sector 70 and very good thing that is connectivity with our capital of india through Road and Metro rail service .
One of good reason we have to invest in faridabad that is, this city is very peaceful for living bcs crime rate of faridabad is very low as compare to others adjoining cities .
2nd good reason is price of licenced land is very good then others cities which is adjoining delhi .
3 rd good reason is Security,safety and justified price of flat ,floor and land are available in faridabad .
4th Good reason is very soon metro will start from Delhi to Faridabad , trail already done in 2nd week of March 2015.
In future we will be connected with Greater Noida and Noida through expressway . Faridabad will get another life line to grow. Friends very soon I ll share some more good experience for investment in another cities
